Our data-informed community engagement strategy is designed to be sustainable, measurable, and aligned with our long-term objectives.
We accomplish this strategy by:

Our community engagement strategy is organized around four core pillars:
Education
We invest in education programs that expand access to quality learning for underserved youth and communities. Our STEM education initiatives in India, South Africa, and the Philippines equip students with critical science, technology, engineering, and mathematics skills, opening pathways to careers in the digital economy.
Digital skills
Leveraging our expertise as a data and AI company, we design and deliver digital skilling programs that build technology literacy and employability for young people and job seekers in the communities where we operate. These programs are structured as multi-year engagements to ensure lasting, measurable impact.
Employee engagement
Our employees are our most powerful community asset. Through structured volunteering opportunities, employee giving programs, and the EXL Social Impact Awards, we foster a culture of civic participation and social responsibility that connects EXLers to the causes they care about most.

EXL's community engagement strategy comes to life through long-term, outcomes-focused partnerships with educational institutions, non-profit organizations, and government bodies in the regions where we operate. Our partnerships are built on multi-year commitments and shared accountability for impact, with a focus on scalable, high-quality program delivery. Key partnerships span STEM education, digital employability training, and community wellbeing programs across India, the Philippines, South Africa, and the United States. We select and evaluate partners using a rigorous assessment framework that considers mission alignment, organizational capacity, and demonstrated community impact.
