Nikhil serves on the management team for EXL's healthcare business as the senior vice president of Growth and is a member of EXL’s Operating Committee. In this role, he is responsible for driving profitable growth across the EXL Healthcare business as well as high quality of program implementation and delivery. Nikhil works with clients to achieve real and practical business value defined by optimized operations, cost containment and an elevated customer experience. He oversees EXL’s strategic healthcare clients to support them in achieving greater profitability, process change and digital transformation across their businesses.

He has over 24 years of experience working across multiple geographies and industry sectors. Prior to EXL, he worked at IBM and Unilever.

Nikhil holds a master of business administration degree from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, and a bachelor of arts degree in economics from Delhi University.
