Sanjay Dutt is the head of HR for UK, Ireland, and Europe. He also leads the global capability development at EXL and is a member of the Operating Committee.

Sanjay has more than 30 years of experience creating and delivering global human capital strategies. His current focus is on creating a capability development strategy aligned with EXL’s long-term strategy. Prior to his current role, Sanjay enhanced EXL’s capabilities through acquiring and developing a talent pool combining digital and domain expertise. He has digitally transformed HR operations, talent management, and the learning ecosystem at EXL. This has helped in expanding the talent bases across geos, driven enhanced employee experience, improved productivity and accelerated a self-driven digital learning culture.

Prior to joining EXL, Sanjay was a senior executive at Accenture. He has also held global leadership roles driving HR and talent strategies at American Express.

Sanjay holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics from Delhi University and a master’s degree from the Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi. Sanjay is part of the NASSCOM Policy Advisory Group (Labour), is a member of the Chandigarh University Corporate Advisory Board, and is a frequent speaker at global learning and HR forums.
