Siddharth Goel is the geography head for South Africa. He joined EXL in 2007 and has managed diverse portfolios across the organisation in India as well as South Africa, including operations, heading up service delivery, sales and client servicing and now.

During his successful tenure with EXL, Sid has worked across various domains, client geographies and functions across customer experience, transitions, digital transformation, digital operations management and project management. Sid has over 21 years of experience in the business process outsourcing industry across various verticals and domains.

He holds several accolades noting his successes including Achievers Award for Excellence in Leadership, Most Innovative Project Award, Outstanding Performance in Operations. Sid has a professional certificate in General Management from MDI Gurgaon, Graduation from Delhi University and a diploma in hotel management from IHM, Delhi.
