Tom Bartlett

Mr. Bartlett joined EXL’s board in March 2024. From 2020 until 2024, he served as the president and chief executive officer of American Tower Corporation, a publicly listed global REIT. He first joined American Tower Corporation in 2009 as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Before joining American Tower Corporation, Mr. Bartlett held several leadership positions in corporate, operations and business development roles at Verizon Communications and its predecessor companies and affiliates between 1984 and 2009.

Mr. Bartlett currently serves on the Board of Directors of Otis Worldwide Corporation (NYSE: OTIS), a leading elevator manufacturer and supplier, where he serves on the Audit Committee and Compensation Committee. He previously served on the Board of Directors of American Tower Corporation (NYSE: AMT) between 2020 and 2023, and the Board of Directors of Equinix, Inc. (NASDAQ: EQIX), a digital infrastructure company, from 2013 to 2021 where he served on the Audit Committee and was Chair of the Finance Committee.
