With over 19 years of experience, Vikas brings a blend of analytical expertise, strategic thinking and leadership experience.

Vikas joined EXL in 2006 when Inductis, a strategy and analytics company serving the banking and financial services industry, was acquired by EXL. He has helped grow the Banking Analytics business at EXL from a niche practice to an innovation powerhouse within the industry.

Vikas holds a master's in business administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
