Vilas Madan leads the APAC Insurance business for EXL and is the Client Executive for one of EXL's largest clients in Australia, responsible for managing contracts, transitions and operations delivery.

Based in Sydney, he has held several leadership roles during his 17 years at EXL, managing large complex transitions and operations for multiple clients in the Insurance, Banking and Financial Services and Utilities sector. He has more than 20 years of experience in BPM, Project Management, Transition and Customer Service. Vilas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Delhi University and he is a trained Six sigma Black Belt.
