Vishal Chhibbar leads EXL’s international growth markets covering UK, Europe, Middle East, India, and APAC, and serves as EXL’s Chief Growth Officer. He is a member of the Executive Committee. In this role, Vishal is responsible for driving EXL's client's growth outside of the Americas, leveraging domain, data, and AI capabilities to expand existing and new accounts. Vishal also oversees efforts to drive the acceleration of company’s growth through sales acceleration and sales team enablement. This includes elevating EXL’s market positioning through thought leadership and marketing initiatives, and building a strong network of strategic partnerships with key technology players, advisors and industry analysts.

Vishal was previously the chief financial officer at Brillio, a leading digital technology consulting and solutions company, where he played a pivotal role in guiding the organization through unprecedented organic growth of 90% in just over two years. Prior to that, he was the president and chief financial officer of EPIQ, a global legal tech-enabled service leader. Vishal was EXL's chief financial officer for over 10 years from 2009-2019. Under his leadership, EXL developed a disciplined global financial strategy supported by best-in-class systems and procedures that led to significant growth in revenue, market cap and a strong balance sheet. In addition, Vishal was also the head of Finance and Accounting at EXL.

Vishal has vast experience leading fast-growing digital solutions companies in highly volatile market environments and has overseen all aspects of strategy, mergers and acquisitions and financial planning initiatives. He has also served in various financial leadership roles across companies such as GE Capital, American Express Bank, and Xerox, and directed initiatives in Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia, the United States and India.

Vishal is a Chartered Accountant and a member of CPA Australia.
