Vivek Jetley is President and Head of Analytics, a global leader in data & analytics, serving clients in the U.S., U.K., Europe, Australia and Asia Pacific. In this role, Vivek leads one of the world’s largest groups of data scientists, offering advanced analytics and AI expertise, proprietary data assets, and enterprise data management capability to drive measurable business outcomes for industry leaders in banking, financial services, insurance, healthcare, utilities, media, sports and retail.

Vivek joined EXL in 2006 through the acquisition of Inductis, a specialized analytics consulting firm where Vivek was a partner. He has more than 20 years of experience in strategy and management consulting, and he has broad experience in using analytics for marketing, risk management, new product development, operations and financial management. At EXL, Vivek has led several key initiatives, including the development of enterprise strategy, a strategic deal team model, key partnerships, investments and business acquisitions. He started his career as a consultant with Mitchell Madison Group.

Vivek holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering and a master’s of business administration from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta.
