Vivek Jetley is President and leads the insurance, healthcare and life sciences verticals. His organization focuses on managing client relationships and delivering business value and tangible outcomes, through sharp customer focus and advanced integrated capabilities. Vivek also leads our Global Leadership Committee and EXL Venture Labs, our innovation practice, which continuously aims to bring new ideas to life for servicing future industry needs.

Prior to this role, he was the President and Head of EXL Analytics, a global leader in data and analytics, serving clients in the U.S., U.K., Europe, Australia, and Asia Pacific. In this role, Vivek led one of the world’s largest groups of data scientists, offering advanced analytics and AI expertise, proprietary data assets, and enterprise data management capabilities to drive measurable business outcomes for industry leaders in banking, financial services, insurance, healthcare, utilities, media, sports and retail.

Vivek joined EXL in 2006 through the acquisition of Inductis, a specialized analytics consulting firm where Vivek was a partner. He has more than 20 years of experience in strategy and management consulting, and has broad experience in using analytics for marketing, risk management, new product development, operations, and financial management. At EXL, Vivek has led several key initiatives, including the development of enterprise strategy, a strategic deal team model, key partnerships, investments, and business acquisitions. He started his career as a consultant with Mitchell Madison Group.

Vivek holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering and a master’s of business administration from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta.
